We will do a Fit3D Body Scan, a comprehensive and honest nutrition intake, and ask some very detailed questions about your habits and lifestyle. This gives us insight into your weight, body mass, weight distribution, eating habits, and more. All of this will establish your baseline so you can track your progress as we go along and measure your results at the program's end.
